Founded in 1978, Health Systems Group (HSG) provides Consulting and Management Services for Employee Fitness, Workplace Wellness, Commercial Clubs and Not-for-Profit Fitness & Recreation Centres.

Health Systems Group is a national provider of fitness and wellness services in Canada with our head office in Mississauga, and regional offices in Calgary and Halifax. We have worked in every province and carry out our assignments through over 250 employees and a strong network of associates working in locations including Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, London, Waterloo, Toronto, Montreal and Halifax.
