Matt Kellett, Fitness Manager,
PFT
Matt holds a Personal Fitness Trainer Certificate from Mount Royal College. He played professional football in the Canadian Football League for eight years after captaining the University of Saskatchewan Huskies football team for three seasons. His time on the field developed his passion for results. As an accomplished fitness professional, Matt creates an ideal atmosphere in which everyone has the ability to achieve his or her health and fitness goals. Matt is the Bankers Hall Club fitness manager.

Kim Gooden, BSc. Kin, CEP, CSCS, Chek HLC Level 1
Kim obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Lethbridge. She is also a certified exercise physiologist, strength and conditioning specialist, kinesiologist, and a Chek holistic lifestyle coach. Kim has obtained her pre and postnatal fitness certification and can help women remain active throughout their pregnancy and aid them in getting back to pre-pregnancy shape. Her strengths include training those who are looking for a body composition transformation, as well as sport specific training for skiing, golf and squash.

His focus is in the rehabilitation field, and uses his experience in physiotherapy and massage to help individuals overcome injury. He believes preventive maintenance through regular massage, combined with a personalized core-training program is vital to fulfilling a healthier lifestyle.

Shane Kups, B.PAS Major Fitness and Lifestyle
Shane graduated with a Bachelor of Physical Activity Studies majoring in Fitness and Lifestyle from the University of Regina. He began his work in the fitness industry with the RCMP Training Academy. His unique approach to designing fitness programs incorporates a great deal of variety for ongoing results. His background includes training for weight loss, strength gains, injury rehabilitation and nutritional shifts. Shane is also the Bankers Hall Club group fitness program coordinator.

Rebecca Garland, BKin, CSCS, Pilates, CTI Life Coach
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology with distinction from the University of Calgary. She is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist, Pilates instructor, and certified life and wellness coach. Her focus when designing training programs is to emphasize core strength and stability, functional training, sport specificity, and wellness.

Amanda Edlund, BA Kin, CSCS, NCCP, Twist Conditioning Sport Core & Sport Balance
Amanda has a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from the University of Lethbridge. She is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and holds a certification from Twist Conditioning in sport core and sport balance. She helps clients manage stress and achieve personal health and fitness goals by making functional fitness training an important part of their lifestyle. She has experience in sport-specific training with skiers, triathletes, hockey players, and many other competitive athletes.

John Andrew Rousseau, BSc. Kin
John graduated with honors from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education with a major in corporate fitness. His background includes training competitive athletes and functional training for individuals who are focused on quality of life. By focusing on technique, joint stability, core strength, flexibility and proper mechanics of movement, he strives to help clients become injury resistant. John specializes in training balance, coordination, agility, speed, strength, and rotational power to help all clients become injury resistant.

Luke Kosowan, BSc. Kin, CSEP-CPT
Luke received his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary. He is also a certified personal trainer through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology with a strong background in rehabilitation and experience working in various physiotherapy clinics in Calgary.

Sarah completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology with a major in Athletic Therapy at Mount Royal College and the University of Calgary. She is also a strength and conditioning specialist. Her specialty as a certified athletic therapist is in injury assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and prevention. She will create a program to safely integrate fitness and rehabilitation to ensure you return to an active life after injury.

Angela has worked with clients of all fitness abilities and ages and has a background in functional fitness, posture assessment, and range of motion. Her recent participation in a fitness competition gives her first-hand experience of learning the importance of nutrition paired with exercise to help transform the body into its optimal shape.
